Hi all, I'm moving to Jomtien July/August. Once I have purchased a condo I will be bringing my 87 year old Dad over. Can anyone recommend a day carer who will administer meds, shower/wash etc. His mobility is not good and he has Parkinsons.
The care he recieves in the UK is basic. I really want to spend quality time with him in his last years without the need to fork out (currentley) £4,000 pm in the UK, for carers who always appear overworked and don't have the time to give a personal touch. My experience of Thai people looking after the elderly is that they are very caring and attentive. Which is what my Dad needs.
We would also consider paying for accommodation for the carer.
