Im just looking for some advice to find a job in Croatia, I applied for several job positions, but nothing.
My native language is Spanish, and English (C1), and recently I started to learn Croatian.
If someone knows something it could help me I will appreciate it.

But unless you are from Croatia or an EU citizen it will be nearly impossible to find employment unless you are a highly skilled worker. You will also need to speak Croatian the local language.
