It's easy to go to Algeria, your husband should send you an invitation, he makes it at the municipality of his province where he lives. All what you need is that and passport validity atleast 6months, application form, bank statement, itinerary, and you send them scanned by email to Kuala lumpur Algerian embassy in Malaysia. They will send you the approval then send all the papers via DHL if you can't go to Malaysia to get it. you pay the Visa fee and you get your passport with the visa back Via DHL as well. No complications.
