Could you please help with how my future wife from Belarus could get this certificate : Certificate of marital capacity?
I'm a retired Algerian and she is Belarusian. We have all the required documents and there is only her Certificate of marital capacity which is missing. It is mandatory in Algeria, so any help is appreciated.
