Hello. Does anyone have insights on the realistic rental rates for high rises in Penang on Gurney Drive? I am looking for a 3+ bedroom 3+ bath that is furnished on a high floor or penthouse, 3000+ square feet for a 1 year lease. I am also considering the same in KLCC. I am looking for something in good condition to recently renovated. It's difficult to really assess the higher end real estate rents for in this area, so I thought I would reach out and ask. Any input would really be appreciated. Thanks!
