We own a house in mazatlan. they are building a 5 level building when the planning and zoning only allows 3 levels. we complained to p&z and found that they got the building permit by claiming they we onky building 3 levels which means they got the building permit fraudulently. P&Z hasnt pulled the permit nor stopped the construction so wenare looking for an honest attorney who hs dealt with these types of issues.
