Hi - thanks for the welcome.
I have just been offered a 5 year posting to Timor Leste and am trying to find out as much as I can about living there.
I have worked in over 40 countries and lived for long periods in many of them - but all countries are different.
I work in education development and would love to hear from expats currently living in Dili.
