Hi everyone I had to spend the last 6 months in Canada because of medical treatment for cancer in the meantime my cedula expired in Dec does anyone know if I still go to the same place to renew my cedula in Santo Domingo I suspect I will pay a fine for the late renewal I live in sosua I know being a foreigner I need to go to Santo Domingo my permanent residence card is due in Dec so ii would like to renew my cedula asap
