Are Public holidays part of annual leave?
I am planning to take my annual leaves in such a way that I will get three Eid holidays just after completion of my annual leaves. My employer is saying that these leaves will be counted in your leaves and my salary will be dedicated for these leaves. I am confused about labour law here. Can any one help?
