Yes there are active users here in Laos.

I work overseas and come home to Vientiane for my leave breaks.
Many of my friends work in mining here in Laos and head home to their relevant countries for their leave breaks.

Most of us have family and other commitments and already have a circle of friends we socialise with.

I came to know that most of the people are using facebook and lot of groups here, and lot of gathering,
