I've been searching for an old friend who lives in Algeria. I'd like to contact him before going to Brazil for retirement. It's been years since I last met him. I tried to look for him but I couldn't find any contact. All I know is that he should be in Wilaia of Bejaia, in El Kseur.
If somebody can help me, I'll give his name by private message.
