Hi Zahra, there is no lockdown but we still have daily curfew from 9 pm.
Certain places are still closed including bars, nightclubs etc and only some schools have reopened. There are restrictions on public transport too. However life is carrying on pretty normally for most people but you'll need to wear a mask in public, have your temperature checked etc.
Don't believe the government statistics. There is more COVID in Uganda than is being reported.
