Hello,
does anyone has a clue about dependent pass, if it is possible to apply from abroad?
I heard that there are 2 types of dependent passes, one that is for a year and another that is permanent.
Would such dependent pass allow me to travel outside of Kenya, either of both, and return to Kenya without applying for Visa?

Thanks for this one but I know all about those, it seems like there are not many options in Kenya. Does the Kenyan government promote that women leave their country?

Hi,
To get a Dependent Pass, then your wife needs to be working in Kenya and earning enough to support you both - that is that you are dependent on her to support you.
I imagine that you should be able to apply from outside Kenya, but most will enter Kenya on a Single Entry Visa and apply once there.

Hi, Yes you can apply online also, but better to use someone, who will help you to get it done.You are talking about Special Pass or Dependant Pass? Special Pass you will get for 3 months max, you will apply online or by using any source, who can help you to get it done for you and send you the some copy to enter Kenya. With the special pass you can go and come to Kenya without any issue. After special pass then you can apply for work permit/business permit if you have any business etc.
Dependant pass is for the member who is dependant under special pass holder or Work permit/Business permit holder.
