Does anyone know of any landlords pertaining to 3-beds in Jumeirah Village or of anyone due to be moving out of their property by October? I have no desire whatsoever to shelve out extortionate estate agents fees so am desperately trying to bypass that area.
Any info/advice gratefully received.

Thanks Hosamban but I check Dubizzle every day and it's invariably estate agents that place the ads - have yet to see direct rental from landlords
