Hi, I'm Jo Steel, an integrative humanistic therapist.

I provide support to people who need help to handle difficult life situations.

I will accompany you on the issues and situations in life that you want to change, whether online or in person outdoors. I love being outdoors and nature, and that's why I like to combine both elements with the type of therapy I provide.

I offer a supportive service in a non-judgmental environment where you will have the space and time you need to understand and develop insight into your situation. The process can foster growth and lead to positive change in your life. You will come to find your own answers and tools to move forward.

Some topics and/or situations that I deal with: important changes in life (grief, divorce, dismissal, etc.), anxiety and stress, trauma, depression, eating disorders, self-esteem, personal relationships and relatives.

I offer therapy online or outdoors in green spaces in Madrid, in Spanish and English, I am of British origin and now have Spanish nationality.
