Description

- Register Department of Planning and Investment to establish a new business in Ho Chi Minh City,

- Prepare and submit Quarterly Value Added Tax report, and Staff Personal income tax report to Tax authority,

- Follow up the monthly tax payable to Tax authority to avoid any late payment interest,

- Liaise with Tax Officer in case they have any queries on the Einvoices issuance,

Prepare annual corporate income tax, Finalization staff personal income tax sheet to submit Tax authority,

- Explain to Tax Officer’s question on tax audit checking for business profit after 2- or 3-year operation of the company,

- Prepare Monthly staff payroll include the calculation of personal income tax payable sheet and print it out for signing and filling in document folder,

- Prepare labor agreement for staffs as per local authority’s template requirement,

- Prepare and maintain monthly accounting book with transactions relates to company’s revenue, expenses, bank statement and cash on hand (if any) as per Tax authority requirement,

- Prepare annual statutory reports including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet for yearend submission to local authority,

- Liaise and work with External auditor to explain transaction data of 12 months and reconcile accounts before they release Audited Financial Statement as per Tax authority requirement,

-Register Compulsory Social Insurance and Health insurance for new hiring staffs, or register to stop paying insurance for staff resignation as per Local authority requirement.
