I am Sinead Daly an integrative psychotherapist from Ireland. I have had Healthy Choices as a therapy practice for more then a quarter century. Having been an expat myself those years in Amsterdam, I understand the issues foreigners face when trying to find their way in another country, without the support system at home.

Having been able to help hundreds of clients as a registered (with insurance compensation) psychotherapist, I have changed my practice name to Expat Therapy and with my husband Clement Faber started Empower Abilty The latter to specifically to work on stress and burn-out problems by offering a retreat option on top of individual and group therapy and coaching sessions.

I work from my office in the historical city centre of Malaga, 50 meters from a parking garage or on line.
