Booking in advance:
What's more we offer the possibility to book your flat in advance.
You can contact us few weeks before coming to Poland.
For every step, you will be personally assisted by one of our real estate agent.
While arriving to Poland you can directly go to your new apartment

The process:
- You tell us what you are looking for
- Our agent will send you few offers, and give you a lot of advice
- If necessary we can send you a video of the property, or do direct video call via FaceTime, or WhatsApp.
- When you choose the flat you like the most, we will prepare the lease contract. You should sign it, scan it and send it back to us via email.
Then, we will collect the signature of the landlord. Only after this step, you send the deposit to secure the booking. At your arrival, we will do together the checking. Only after that, you should pay the first month rental, and finally our services.
