Looking for my sister, missing people Bongilcheon in South Korea

I have a sister who was born in Korea. I don't know much about her but she was born in the sixites . I have a picture of her and her mom. I also have a picture of her and our father. I know its a long shot but It's worth it to me. My dad was staioned in Camp Howze, Korea in 1964 and was there for five years . My sister could have been born between the years of 1964-1969.
