Restaurant near beach - City center

Due to retirement, I am selling the business of my restaurant with approximately 50 seats. This restaurant is located on the main street of downtown San Juan Del Sur in Nicaragua. It has been operating all year round for a clientele of locals, expats and tourists for almost 20 years. The main part of the restaurant is outdoors, the wooded atmosphere and exotic plants provide an atmosphere conducive to an unforgettable meal that is very much appreciated by customers. The restaurant has a bar, a video surveillance system, wifi, and a small apartment. The restaurant is currently a "steak house" but can easily be dedicated to any other style of gastronomy.
