Pop up Reggae-Robics Party

Are you ready to change the way you workout? This is a fun complimentary workshop. Like a party, you meet new people, dance together to cool music and take pictures to record your memory. Learn reggae dance routines to increase fitness. Uplift your mind, strengthen your body! Please note, dance session lasts approximately 40 minutes, starting 6.30pm. Arrive at 6pm to meet the others. There will be a short video recording clip to help promote our regular class. Dress in exercise clothes that makes you feel great. Bring a drink!
