At this one-day retreat at a Zen temple in Kyoto, you will explore through reflection and discussion: 1) universal principles of meaning-making; 2) how you make meaning in your work; 3) how you can apply these principles to further excel in your work; and 4) how you can create environments conducive to others’ positive meaning-making.

Join Shizuka Modica, PhD, ACC wiht renowned Rev. Taka Kawakami (Deputy Head Priest of Shunkoin). Rev. Kawakami will lead one of the two meditation sessions.

When we find our work meaningful, we willingly commit ourselves to excel beyond the call of our duty. Meaningful work and high performance go hand in hand. Would you like to become a pioneering leader who promotes meaningful work?
