Oct 22: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,345 metres or 4,413 feet)

Oct 23: Kathmandu sight-seeing

Oct 24: Flight to Lukla (2,840 metres or 8,137 feet) 3.5 hours trekking to Phakding

Oct 25: 6 hours trekking from Phakding to Namche Bazar (3,440 metres or 11,286 feet)

Oct 26: Acclimation in Namche Bazar

Oct 27: 5-6 hours from Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (3,820 metres or 12,533 feet)

Oct 28: Tyangboche to Dingboche (4,410 metres or 14,469 feet) 5-6 hours

Oct 29: Acclimation at Dingboche

Oct 30: Dingbuche to Lobuche(4,910 metres or 16,109 feet) 6 hours.

Oct 31: Lobuche to EBC (5,364 metres or 17,598 feet) via and back to Gorakshep (5,140 metres or 16,864 feet), 7 to 7.5 hours

Nov 01:Climb to Kalapatthar (5,545 metres or 18,192 feet) and descending to Pheriche (4,280 metres or 14,042 feet)

Nov 02: Back to Namche Bazar from Pheriche (6 to7 hours)

Nov 03: Namche Bazar to Lukla (8 hours)

nov 04: Flight to Kathmandu
