During menstruation we are very sensible and many of us have painful cramps. In this workshop we create a safe space and learn how specific Yoga poses relax the pelvic area and how to take care about ourselfs. The poses can easily be practiced at home.
Please bring comfortable clothes and a Yoga mat if possible.
