Each year the Bridge Club D’Albret organises a sale of English books in Mezin, Lot et Garonne. Books that rae donated by the local community are sold for one Euro per title. Since 2007 when the annual sale began nearly 60000 Euros has been donated to Medecins Sans Fronieres from the proceeds of the sale. The next sale will take place over the weekend of 30 September and 1 October 2023. If you would like to donate books and/or purchase books, please come along. It is for a very worthy cause.
