Extraordinary concert where the violin transforms into a pan flute illustrating the dryads in ecstasy during their dance as well as the mysterious fountain of Arethusa in the Myths-poems of Szymanowski through the very dark but virtuoso sonata n.1 by A. Schnittke for cello and piano. The three international level artists meet in Shostakovich's 1st trio to close this concert.
