On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, we are pleased to announce the upcoming Chinese cultural and folk art performance:
Date: Monday and Tuesday, 23rd & 24th September 2019
Time: 7:30 p.m.
Venue: Abdulhussain Abdulredha Theater in Salmiya
Co-organized by the Chinese Embassy in Kuwait and the National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters of Kuwait (NCCAL), the cultural programme will be presented by China’s Anhui Arts Troupe. Professional Chinese artists are set to thrill the audience with Chinese folk dance, traditional Hui Opera, Sichuan face-changing, folk music, Chinese songs and acrobatics.
The two-day gala performance is free and open to the public, enabling the audience to enjoy an evening of Chinese cultural experience.
