White Asparagus Gala Dinner & Wine Tasting

This exclusive event showcases a german delicacy, white asparagus, harvested at spargelhof schulze in germany.
The white asparagus will make its way over to san francisco with the help of our logistics partners, emotrans and lufthansa cargo.
This year we will compliment the exquisiteness of this “edible ivory” with a fine wine tasting at bluxome street winery. Bluxome makes all wine in house, using grapes from various locations in our home of northern california. We will begin the evening with a wine tasting and conclude with a dessert wine tasting accompanied by decadent petite fours.
