I have a question. Can anyone tell me what estate agents' fees are like in Ghana?

They usually charge up to 5% of the sale price of the house and it is the buyer who pays. You can often negotiate a fixed price as they don't actually do much more than show you the property. Be careful when dealing with them as they often aren't very professional.

What is the average monthly rent for a two-bedroom and
3-bedroom condo unit, with bath, kitchen and living room?
I am looking at Swedru and Winneba.
