Advice on the city Tienen (Tirlemont) for living?
Hello everybody!
I am thinking of maybe moving to Tienen (Tirlemont) and I was wondering if anybody knows a bit more about this city (besides the sugar making 
).
I work in Brussels, but I am looking to settling down out of the city. Area around Brussels and also Leuven are super expensive, so I was looking at other cities. Tienen seems perfect on paper (cheaper, good location for me, train station etc), but that is what I am afraid of. I was reading about this city on the Internet and quite honsetly it was scary. It was said it's poor and horrible.
Does anybody have a personal experience though?
