Hi,
Yes according to the new Single Permit, dependents can work full time without special work permit.

The working status is however linked to the work permit / RP of the person he or she is dependent on. If the main single work permit is cancelled, it will also affect the dependents right to work.

All the best.

Cheers,

In the case that the dependent spouse gets a job or admission shortly before the expiration of the duration of the visa of the spouse on account of whom they stay in Belgium; should the independent spouse return to his country and apply family reunion if he doesn't get any change of visa status within the 3months extension?
