Dear All,

I need a clarification on the followings, can anyone please:

In accordance with the new policy in Bahrain where the end of service benefit (Gratuity) will be paid by SIO, there are essential questions to consider:

1. Who bears the responsibility of informing SIO about my end of service benefit: is it me or my employer?

My employer informed that I need to submit the application on the SIO website using e-key login.

2. Is this assertion correct? If so, could someone provide guidance on the steps to follow in submitting the application as outlined by my employer?

Please do tell me if you are able to succeed in the process. As I have recently changed my employer, but I cannot find the option to claim my indemnity in SIO website.

Try this link, Ekey registration has to be done through Bahrain.bh website.

Thanks for your reply. Actually I have already registered my Advance Ekey. And I have gone through the Option for claiming EOS benefit. I can see they are asking for 2 documents.

1) IBAN proof.

2) Application Form

I guess I can take IBAN proof from Bank, but from where can I get the application form?
