So no wonder when it comes to sports activities, New Delhi is sprawling with a multitude of options. Whether you like to exercise indoors or head out for a thrill outdoors, there's something here for every sports lover.

Gymnasiums in New Delhi

New Delhi is home to an increasingly large list of gyms. In whatever area you may reside, you will surely find a good gymnasium nearby. In addition to unisex gyms, there a number of girls-only gymnasiums as well. Depending on the gym services and the area, their monthly cost may vary anywhere between 2k-4k INR.

Yoga in New Delhi

When in India, don't miss out on good yoga sessions. Several great fitness studios in Delhi offer regular yoga classes. There is Hatha yoga which has innumerable benefits for the whole body. New Delhi is home to many sports complexes and play arenas. There are multiple cricket nets and badminton courts, ice rinks and bowling alleys. You can jump away on a trampoline or solve mystery and escape games with your best friends. Sports arenas in Delhi have multiple recreational options for every sports lover.

Trekking in New Delhi

If you like trekking along beautiful mountain trails, then you're in luck. The city of New Delhi is located close to popular hill stations in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand states of India. Manali, Mussoorie, Shimla and Rishikesh are just a few names. You can spend an adventurous weekend trekking in Kasol or have fun at Beas Kund trek in Manali. It doesn't matter whether you are a beginner or a pro trekker- there's a breathtaking mountain trek for everyone in India.
