Short term rentals or house sitting december
Hi all, we are a amily of four, two boys aged 3 and 2, from the Netherlands. We are eager to relocate to Mauritius in April / May 2025, and are visiting this December to get a good understanding of the possibilities on this beautiful island. We are looking for either short rental or house sitting for that particular time frame (December). We thought house sitting could be a great option to get a local sense and feel considering it's summer term..an win-win?
We are seeking a air-conditioned 3 bedroom (detached) house or villa with pool in a safe and quiet area, prefer in the south, southwest or west.ÂÂ

Beachfront/close to the beach
Quiet/residential neighbourhood, more expats than tourists.
