I'm looking for a *female roommate to share my penthouse apartment - move in preferable in April.
You would have your own bedroom and your own bathroom (both private) You will also have your own separate access to the terrace.
The unit is 2 bed 2 bath penthouse located in Beau Bassin- directly across the street from the metro, if you need easy transportation.
Rent is 25,000 *utilities included*. Upon move in 1st month rent + 12,500 deposit (that is half the rent) so total will be 37,500. **Unfortunately, I cannot be flexible on this because this is literally half of everything.
About me: I am a female my 30s, working online. I am active in my free time and I keep a clean-living environment. I would like someone who is respectful, values cleanliness, and is friendly.
