Good morning, We are looking for a villa to rent in Mauritius for a period of 2 to 3 months , with the following criteria: Minimum 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms Well located (preferably Tamarin, Flic-en-Flac, Grand Baie region) ideally close to amenities and the beach Preferably with multiple entrances Our project: to offer temporary guest rooms in a high-end setting. We are looking for an owner open to a partnership , where we will share the rental income . We take care of all the management , including maintenance, welcoming customers and promoting the place. Nous recherchons une villa à louer à l'île Maurice pour une durée de 2 à 3 mois, avec les critères suivants :

Minimum 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains
Bien située (de préférence région Tamarin, Flic-en-Flac, Grand Baie) idéalement proche des commodités et de la plage
De préférence avec plusieurs entrées

Notre projet : proposer des chambres d'hôtes éphémères dans un cadre haut de gamme. Nous cherchons un propriétaire ouvert à un partenariat, où nous partagerons les revenus locatifs.

Nous prenons en charge toute la gestion, y compris l'entretien, l'accueil des clients et la promotion du lieu. Aucune gestion à prévoir pour le propriétaire, uniquement un partage des bénéfices.
