We renovated the villa 12 years ago and enjoyed many happy years here ourselves. Now we are looking for long term renters who want to learn about the area and the italians and enjoy all that Salento and Puglia has to offer.
The villa is 15 minuites to either Gallipolli beaches or Otranto.
There are two double bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. One bathroom is a shower ensuite and the other has a bath and shower. Open plan living room with ceiling fans and dining room. The kitchen is fully integrated with all appliances and views over the terrace to the hills beyond.
Both living room and kitchn have double doors to the terraces. The main terrace has BBQ, outside kitchen and sink and a large covered roof as you live so much of the time outdoors here.
The garden is large but fenced in so pets are welcome.
