Our recently renovated, 120m2 family house has a nice spatious living room, a well equiped and modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms + one office. Equipment like washer and dryer are of course included.

It can be rented both short and long term (and in case of long term, fully furnished or not). 

The garden is easy to maintain and has a big terrace facing south/southwest, which means there is sun from noon until 19:00. 

The house is located near the entrance of the famous Ramlösa Brunnspark, which is a beautiful park and a lovely area to walk or work out. 

Bus stop is at 100m walking distance, Ramlösa trainstation (with connections to Malmö) is at 1km walking distance, Helsingborg city 3km away (or bus), and the beach at just a 2km bike ride.
