Brand new ��ECO-CONSCIOUS HOUSE�� on the outskirts of Quito

This 4-bedroom house located in Tumbaco is on a 2500 square meter plot of land. Its personalized design puts nature as the heart of the house surrounded by carob trees and a beautiful view. 

The construction materials were used to leave the smallest possible footprint on the environment: bahareque (traditional building technique used in the construction of housing for indigenous people, similar to wattle and clay), metal and wood.  

With a modern and internal industrial design, the house has 280 square meters of construction, including a service area, and is located within an eco-friendly gated community with 24/7 security service.  

This residential area has ecological trails for walking and cycling (it is also located right next to the "chaquiñán"), children's playground, dog training area, outdoor ecological gym, park, viewpoint and lots of green area.
