Manage all engineering design activities for onshore hydrocarbon production facilities from initial concept to

project approval, ensuring that the design meets project objectives for cost, schedule, safety and environmental

impact.

Main responsibilities :

- Conceptual and Basic Design to Feed design integrity.

- Preparation of pertinent ITT scope of work, technical advice and administrate the engineering contracts.

- Application of relevant laws and regulations, HSEQ local norms and company standards

- Meeting HSEQ targets.

- Facilities engineering planning and monitoring (schedule, wbs, cost and compliance of work to project

specifications)

- Reviewing design reviews and contractors engineering plan.

- Identify and adopt correct engineering and HSEQ standards according to company standards and local norms

and legislation.

- Managing contractors and engineering team.
