Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for sales and administration? We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our efforts in selling chatbot solutions to hotel owners. As a part of our concierge company, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in managing and organizing leads, prospects, and client communications.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments with potential clients.

Handle incoming inquiries and provide information about our chatbot solutions to interested hotel owners.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and agreements.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy.

A friendly and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Must have your own laptop.

Must be living in the Red Sea governorate of Egypt.

Previous experience in sales.

Fluent in English.
