I am looking for a challenging position that will capitalize on my extensive background within the Tourism,Hotel and Accounting field and that will provide an opportunity to contribute to the goals of the organization
• Operational oversight in all the work stations overseeing reservations, guest check-ins, housekeeping, and other essential tasks, ensuring the hotel operates seamlessly.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulations, and implement measures to create a secure environment for the staff and the customers.
• Quality Assurance: maintaining high cleanliness standards, upholding service excellence, and regularly assessing and improving processes.
• Conflict Resolution: Dealing with conflicts among staff or addressing guest complaints making sure everyone feels they are appreciated.
• Budget Management: I was involved in budget planning and management. This helped to allocate resources effectively, control expenses, and contribute to the financial success of the hotel
