Farm Worker Supervisor
Conduct Training for farm workers on ploughing the field, ridging, planting of seed, sowing of nurseries vegetable and fruit tree nurseries, weeding, fertilizer application, pests and disease control and finally supervise them on harvesting of crops and fruits. For fruit I supervise workers from nursery management, pitting, transplanting, fertilizer application, weeding and picking of fruit, packaging up to transportation to factory for processing.
Crop production, Fruit production, time management, team management, Conflict resolution, initiative, good report writing skills and good communication skills.
