English/French speaking waitress

Hello,

I would like to submit my application for the position of waitress within your company. I plan to settle permanently in Mauritius with my chef husband. I am studying all job offers as a waitress in restaurant, coffee, brunch places or hostel (breakfast service).

Having worked in the restaurant industry since I was a teenager, I have 15 years of experience as a waitress in France and one year of experience as a dining room manager in Australia.

My years of study in France in tourism and my professionnal experiences have taught me and instilled in me rigor, team spirit and autonomy; I have sharpened my sense of responsability, my professionalism in customer service and my technique of good service.

My jovial and dynamic character makes me a person you can count on, always seeking improvement and learning. I learn quickly and am extremely versatile thanks to my experience as a saleswoman in a bakery, in a high-altitude restaurant or even as a dining room manager abroad.

Ponctual, responsible, autonomous, diligent and conscientious are qualities that I believe will make me an aset within your team. Thanks to my years of traveling and working worldwide, I am bilingual in french and english as well as some basic knowledge of indonesian and spanish.
