Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team and drive subscription sales for Multiply's dynamic pricing solutions. No prior sales experience is required. We value individuals with strong communication skills, a drive to succeed, and the ability to learn quickly. Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation
• Conduct cold calls and digital outreach to potential customers
• Identify and qualify promising leads for the sales pipeline
• Appointment Setting
• Schedule qualified demo appointments for account executives
• Effectively communicate Multiply's value proposition
• CRM Management
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
• Use CRM data to track performance and improve processes
• Follow-up
• Engage with prospects to confirm and maximize meeting attendance
• Provide additional information to prospects as needed
• Collaboration
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices
Candidate Profile
• Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic and growing company.
• Fluent in English, German or Italian, with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working with European business executives, particularly in the retail sector.
• Proactive in meeting sales targets and capable of excellent time management.
Compensation
Rs 50,000 on-target earnings, including a fixed component, plus transport and end-of-year bonus.
Location
On-site in Grand Baie.
