For the opening of our school, we are recruiting a Montessori educator 3/6 years old for our 3-6 year old atmosphere which will open at the start of the school year in January 2025 on the magnificent island of Mauritius! Who are we ? A private school outside the contract which will open its doors at the start of the 2025 school year, offering a 3-6 year old Montessori bilingual French/English atmosphere. The position offered? We are offering a position as a French-speaking Montessori teacher for 3-6 year olds in a pleasant and caring environment. Our 200 m2 environment with adjoining garden will eventually accommodate 30 children, located in Grand Baie. You will be supported by two English-speaking assistants to support you in your daily duties and provide quality supervision and teaching alongside you. Ensure the creation and implementation of the atmosphere for the opening planned for January 2025. Prepare and deliver presentations in accordance with Montessori pedagogy. Build a caring, listening and sharing relationship with children, families and the entire team. Take into account the specific needs of each child and ensure their educational monitoring. Work in collaboration with the teaching team. Qui sommes-nous ?
Une école privée hors contrat qui ouvrira ses portes à la rentrée de janvier 2025 en proposant une ambiance 3/6 ans Montessori Bilingue français/anglais.
Le poste proposé ?
Nous proposons un poste d'éducatrice Montessori 3-6 ans francophone dans un cadre agréable et bienveillant. Notre ambiance de 200 m2 avec jardin attenant comprendra 30 enfants à terme, située à Grand Baie.
Vous serez secondée par deux assistantes anglophones pour vous accompagner dans vos fonctions quotidiennes et assurer un encadrement et un enseignement qualitatif à vos côtés. Quelles sont les principales missions ?
Assurer la création et la mise en place de l'ambiance pour l'ouverture prévue en janvier 2025.
Préparer et assurer les présentations conformément à la pédagogie Montessori.
Construire une relation bienveillante, d'écoute et de partage avec les enfants, les familles et toute l'équipe.
Prendre en compte les besoins spécifiques de chaque enfant et assurer leur suivi pédagogique.
Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe pédagogique.
Tenir avec les parents des relations professionnelles de confiance et veiller à leur information (réunion, entretien, bilan…)
En l'absence de la direction assurer le suivi pédagogique et assurer les relations parents
