Position Summary
The B2B Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities

- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on emerging client needs and market demands.
- Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress. Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline health to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, software, or technology-related fields.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated experience in solution-based selling, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive B2B environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Customer Focused: Strong commitment to understanding client needs and delivering customer-focused solutions that drive long-term relationships.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and software development, is a plus.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to think critically and adapt to evolving client demands and market trends.
