Conduct cost analysis and forecasting to ensure project costs remain within budget.
Assess and analyze costs for tenders and contracts.
Contract Administration:
Draft, evaluate, and manage contracts and contractual relationships.
Ensure all contractual obligations are met and manage any contractual disputes.
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
Procurement and Tendering:
Manage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers and contractors.
Evaluate and select bids and proposals from contractors and suppliers.
Negotiate terms and conditions with contractors and suppliers.
Project Management:
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of the project.
Implement cost control strategies and recommend cost-saving measures.
Valuation and Certification:
Conduct interim and final valuations of work completed.
Certify payments to contractors and suppliers.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports.
