As a Sales Engineer (Technico-Commercial), you will play a key role in developing our client portfolio and driving the growth of our company. Your main mission will be to prospect, retain, and support our clients throughout their journey, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Your responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify and contact new potential clients to expand the company’s portfolio.
Client follow-up: Provide regular and personalized follow-up with existing clients to strengthen their loyalty.
Order management: Oversee the order process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Delivery and invoice tracking: Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth and professional service.
Performance analysis: Analyze sales statistics and propose concrete actions to improve commercial results.
Achieving targets: Actively contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets by promoting our services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Profile we are looking for:
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in a sales engineer or technico-commercial role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and propose innovative solutions.
Dynamism, autonomy, and strong results orientation.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software (a plus).
Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.
