Operation Trainer
The Trainer will be delivering tasks under the training role. In addition, this position also promotes a team-oriented environment through people development. You will be reporting directly to the Training Manager, and you will play a critical role in supporting the team in training and talent/system development affairs as well as a vital role in ensuring the continued success of the learning department.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day training support.
• Conduct a process training for new hires and bite-size learning for existing staff
• Create and update training materials, references, etc
• Research and conduct analysis as part of the training needs

• Stay focused and able to manage time effectively.
• Has the ability to manage time well during training to ensure all plans are completed within the timeline.
• Have a sense of accountability in ensuring that trainees are able to grasp the knowledge for them to practice what they learn.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Age range: 22-37 years old
• Must be proficient in using common applications/software (Microsoft Office, Canva, etc.)
• Must be well versed in their native language (written and verbal)
• Able to speak and write in English
• Must have experience as a trainer for at least 1 year and above
